Nanny partnership service

Price: POA

This service supports families and nannies to build a calm, clear, and respectful working relationship, with the child’s wellbeing at the centre.

Rather than simply helping you find a nanny, this offering focuses on fit, alignment, and ongoing support, so everyone feels confident, understood, and supported over time.

Support is available for both families and nannies, and may include:

• CV screening and interview support, with a focus on values, experience, and family fit
• Guidance and training to help nannies feel confident in their role, responsibilities, and daily rhythms
• Ongoing check-ins for parents and nannies, offering a neutral space to reflect, adjust, and maintain a positive working relationship
• Support during transitions, such as a new baby, return to work, or changes in routine or expectations
