Hi, I’m Becca.
I’m a mother and child development specialist with over 20 years’ experience supporting families through the early years from pregnancy and thorugh childhood. 

My background spans almost every corner of childcare and family support. I started out as a nanny, went on to lecture at Norland College, and have since trained practitioners, worked and managed nurseries, and supported families across the UK.

I hold a BSc in Early Years and an MA in Developmental and Therapeutic Play, and my approach is grounded in both evidence and empathy: practical, research-led and always shaped by real life.

I started Kin & Little because I wanted to create the kind of space I often wished existed for parents. One that offers personal, tailored guidance without the noise or judgement. A place for nuanced, evidence-based support that recognises there’s rarely one “right” way, just a range of approaches to help you find what works for your child, your family, your season.

As a certified Doula with Nurturing Birth, I now bring everything I’ve learnt professionally and personally into one place: calm, informed, ongoing support for families at every stage.
